No. Many of our conversations start as research, second opinions, or planning for a future project. There’s no obligation to commit to anything. We’ll give you straight answers on whether we’re the right fit, and if we’re not, we’ll tell you that too.

Pricing depends on your team size, the services you need, and the complexity of your environment. Managed IT typically scales per user. Voice systems scale per phone or seat. Cabling and project work is scoped individually. The discovery call gets us enough information to send you an accurate written proposal.

Most ongoing services run on standard agreements with reasonable terms. Project work (cabling, voice cutovers, surveillance installs) is scoped per project with no ongoing commitment. We’ll walk you through everything in the proposal so there are no surprises.

Yes, for voice. We serve Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and the Tri-Cities with enterprise voice and UCaaS solutions. Managed IT services in those markets aren’t currently offered since we don’t have local field technicians outside Montana. For voice questions, call 509-461-3265.
